The sharing and making of food is a big part of our retreats. Served family style at a long table, meals usually consist of lots of sharing plates of colourful, seasonal, vegetarian dishes. We accommodate vegan and gluten free on request, and always provide options. After the first yoga practice in the mornings we prepare a brunch with many dishes including porridge, fresh fruit, avocado and eggs with sourdough bread. We have a range of teas, coffee and infusions available so that you can help yourself to hot drinks and snacks throughout the day.
