We are very grateful to work with a range of small scale producers and suppliers in Ireland. Some of the following people provide us with unique produce for the menus at each retreat, others create things that we regularly use over the weekends. We are always on the look-out for interesting suppliers so please get in touch if you are making something you would like to see being used at Fraoch.
