Hatha yoga classes on Fraoch retreats are suitable for all levels and involve asana, pranayama and meditative practices to develop mindfulness, stability and body awareness. The classes often involve some partner yoga, heart-opening energising practices in the morning, and more restful grounding poses in the evening. There is always time for meditation and a long guided yoga nidra relaxation practice. The yoga sessions are laid-back and friendly, and classes will always be adjusted to accommodate all levels and abilities.
